Obtained via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the U.S. Marshals Service “INCIDENTS” log for September 4, 2025, explicitly lists a “Tactical Breach” and “Use Of Force” against Conrad Rockenhaus, a man they have known since 2019 has a Traumatic Brain Injury.
