FORMAL COMPLAINT: FRAUD & OBSTRUCTION (Conrad Rockenhaus – Inmate 39400-480)
I am reporting Warden Rardin & AW Strassel for falsifying records to obstruct medical care.
On Dec 12 & 17, Staff emailed me stating Inmate Rockenhaus “refused” to sign medical releases. THIS IS A LIE.
I have obtained audio that describes Warden Rardin visiting my disabled veteran husband, inmate Conrad Rockenhaus, at 6:30 AM due to “a call from Senator Slotkin.” In the recording, my husband explicitly confirms he “signed five” releases. Rardin denied it to delay care. AW Strassel’s staff then threatened to “release everything” to intimidate him. Conrad consented immediately: “Release it.”
Rardin is suppressing these records because they confirm an untreated Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) caused by US Marshals. The “refusal” narrative is a fabrication to cover up a violent assault. I demand immediate release of all medical records.
