Judge Grey Buried Evidence of Neo-Nazi Guards to Protect a New U.S. Attorney

by Adrienne Rockenhaus

Justice was not served on December 18, 2025; a political deal was sealed.

On the exact same day the U.S. Senate confirmed Jerome F. Gorgon, Jr. as the new U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan, Federal Judge Jonathan J.C. Grey summarily dismissed my husband’s Habeas Corpus petition. This was not a coincidence. It was a “housekeeping measure” to scrub the docket of a massive human rights scandal before the new administration took over.

What Judge Grey Ignored: At the moment of dismissal, Judge Grey was in possession of sworn, irrefutable evidence that he chose to suppress:

  • USMS Admissions: Government logs admitting a “Tactical Breach” against a known TBI patient.

  • Neo-Nazi Infiltration: The identification of guards (Crenshaw and Zelinski) at FCI Milan displaying “Reichsadler” (Nazi Eagle) tattoos.

  • “Kill Tags”: Verified reports that staff placed a “snitch/molester” tag on Conrad to incite his murder.

The Fake Legal Standard: To justify abandoning a disabled veteran to this torture, Judge Grey invented a fake medical standard. He ruled that because Conrad could type an email to his wife begging for help, he was “competent” to litigate a complex federal case on his own. This ruling ignores the medical reality of Traumatic Brain Injury and served only one purpose: to silence a victim of white supremacist violence to protect a political appointment.
