WITNESS EMAILS: “Kill Tags” and Neo-Nazi Guards at FCI Milan

Contemporaneous emails sent by Conrad Rockenhaus from inside FCI Milan document a conspiracy to silence a federal witness.

These records identify specific guards (Crenshaw and Zelinski) displaying Neo-Nazi tattoos (“Reichsadler” and “Sun Cross”) and detail how staff retaliated against Conrad’s reporting by placing a “Kill Tag” on him, falsely labeling him a molester to incite inmate violence.

When he continued to report this activity, his communications were severed. These emails are the final testimony of a witness before he was silenced by the state.
